Strategic Consulting is an in-depth engagement for when you need to get organized, clear cut the path to solutions, and want to propel your business forward.

What you’ll get

  • Pre-Session Survey: a focused survey so we can use our time intentionally and center the conversation on what matters most.

  • In-depth Assessment: a clear view of what’s working, what’s missing, and what matters now (2 hours)

  • 90-Day Plan: Prioritized order of operations, owners, checkpoints, and light metrics to help you stay on track.

  • Tailored Follow-Up: session notes, PDF templates, checklists, and resource links to execute the work easily.

  • Warm Intros to vetted and trusted resource partners (design, web, SEO, CPA, legal, etc.)

How we meet:

  • Initial meeting is a “2 Hour Deep Dive” where we’ll discuss your business journey, pain points and create a strategic map of where we’ll focus our work together for the next 90 days

  • 30 days from booking we’ll meet to discuss our first 30 day priorities.

  • 60 days from booking we’ll meet to discuss our next 30 day priorities.

  • 90 days from booking we’ll meet to discuss our final 30 day priorities.

  • In-person or virtual options available for all meetings.

Investment

Comprehensive Strategic Consulting package begins at $1,200.

A $420 deposit is required to book your first session and will be applied toward the total package cost. The remaining balance can be paid in full or in installments aligned with your sessions.


My pricing reflects the time, preparation, and care I bring to each engagement. I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure thoughtful, strategic support for small businesses and creatives.
