Client Policies
Booking & Payment
All sessions and engagements must be paid in advance to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
For multi-session engagements (strategic consulting/retainer), payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Ongoing work is reserved based on confirmed payment.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you’re welcome to do so with at least 24 hours’ notice using your original booking link.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice require written communication, will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may result in the session being forfeited.
Repeated rescheduling or long gaps between booking and completion may impact availability and continuity of work.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will use the remaining time.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without any attempt to reach out (via phone or email) will be considered a missed session.
If you miss your session without notice, the session will be considered used and will not be rescheduled.
Session Use & Timing
Sessions are intended to be used within a reasonable timeframe to maintain momentum and continuity.
Single sessions must be completed within 30 days of booking
Multi-session work should be scheduled at regular intervals, as outlined within each engagement
Strategic Consulting packages must be completed within 6 months of the initial session
Retainer hours are billed monthly and must be used within each billing cycle; unused time does not carry over.
Sessions that are not scheduled or completed within these timeframes may be forfeited, without refund.
Strategic Consulting (90-Day Engagements)
Strategic Consulting engagements are designed to unfold over a 90-day period, with key sessions at the outset and at 30, 60, and 90 days.
Follow-up sessions must be scheduled and completed within the 90-day window
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions in a timely manner
Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the engagement period
This structure is designed to support continuity, accountability, and meaningful progress.
Communication & Scope
Work is focused on the agreed-upon scope of each session or engagement.
For ongoing engagements, limited between-session support may be included as outlined in your agreement. Additional requests may be scheduled as separate sessions.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable.
If an emergency or unexpected circumstance arises, please reach out. I approach these situations with care and will work with you to determine next steps where possible.
Shared Responsibility
This work is collaborative. Outcomes are shaped not only by our time together, but by your follow-through, decisions, and engagement between sessions.
By booking or engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
