A consulting retainer is an 6-month engagement designed to provide continuity and shared context as decisions, ambitions, and challenges evolve. This offering creates space for steady progress over time with regular commitment to check-ins and strategic development.

What you’ll get

  • Six-Month Engagement: a structured, time-bound container that supports steady progress. This format builds continuity and shared context as we build your client profile.

  • 1.5 Hours of Dedicated Support Each Month:
    Each month includes one 60-minute working session (virtual or in person), plus up to 30 minutes of additional support. Additional time may be used for email correspondence, document review, light research, feedback between sessions, or preparation related to your priorities.

  • Guardrails and Feedback: thoughtful guidance, calibration, and decision support as you implement ideas and navigate change.

  • Accountability and Next Steps: each session closes with clear priorities to support steady execution and direction.

  • Tailored Follow-Up: session notes, curated templates, checklists, and relevant resources aligned with your current focus.

Investment

A Consulting Retainer 6-month package begins at $1,600.

Scope is flexible if more time is needed each month or more than 6 months is prefered, billed at an hourly rate. Minumum enagement is as described above. A signed contract and invoice payment must be made before this engagement begins.

My pricing reflects the time, preparation, and care I bring to each engagement.
