client meetings are my “why”

I really love Helping local small and micro business founders move through strategy in real time. For me, it feels like scratching a major brain itch.

Starting my own new business means Being on the other side of the table. having to do that work for myself and the practice of proper strategy implementation this time around is still a learning experience in itself, (even though I am not new at building a business from scratch).

lately, I’m working heavily on refining my service offerings, pricing, marketing, client pathways, etc. etc. etc. I am also Sprinkling in lots of meetings with referral & resource partners and making time for coffee with other founders I admire and trust.

As of right now, I’m feeling really good about the work and pacing of it and remembering to slow all the way down when I need to.

It’s so easy to sprint through starting a brand new business without doing the math, research, and defining the right structuring now, that will pay me dividends in the long run.
